The IAS is striving to foster collaboration within the academic community, particularly across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Leveraging its strategic location and strong institutional networks, IAS has partnered with leading universities in Hong Kong to advance interdisciplinary research and talent development. 

At this point, IAS had already signed multiple collaborations agreements with universities in Hong Kong. 

With the University of Hong Kong, the collaboration advances research in plant synthetic biology. 

With the Chinese University of Hong Kong, it deepens studies in Chinese medicine and mathematics. 

Collaboration with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University focuses on exploring the intersection of medicine and engineering through joint laboratories and dual-degree programs. 

Partnerships with the City University of Hong Kong emphasize medical research and hydrogen energy, furthering innovation in these critical fields.
